Product Return Policy
All products must be returned within 30 days for an in-store credit. Items must be unopened and in their original containers with the safety seals intact. A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied on all products unless otherwise stated. (30% on equipment and individual items valued over $100.00). Shipping costs are not refunded on returned goods.
International orders may be exchanged only when defective.
All returns must first be authorized by calling 1-800-592-9653.
Please allow approximately 10 – 15 business days for your return to be processed. Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip, with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories included. All assembled products must be disassembled and in original packaging. TheWolfeClinic.com reserves the right to refuse a return if it is deemed suspicious in nature. |
