A REAL EXERCISER FOR THE EYES To perform at their best and maintain their vitality, eyes need exercise. Resembling dark sunglasses, the Optical Pyramids are the only eyeware patented to correct vision. No other eye care product today can make such a claim. Prove the experts wrong Salia Optical Pyramid, invented by Miguel Salia Munoz, won many international awards. Although they faced some skepticism, they are based on scientific principles. Due to their special pyramidal structure, they cause an interference of light waves that stimulates the eyes. They function as an eye exerciser designed for ocular gymnastics. If used as sunglasses they filter the dangerous UV rays, but allow the eyes to benefit from the full light spectrum. This helps release the fatigue caused by computer screens or paper reading. Instructions for using the Optical Pyramids
When first beginning their use, if you notice some secondary effect such as a mild headache, or a certain dizziness, this means you have to use them more progressively. Reading for a long period causes the eyes to fatigue because this is not a normal activity for the eye (that is designed to look at a far distance). Good reading glasses will take the stress caused by looking at close objects. They have been proved to prevent myopia. The Optical Pyramids do not exempt you from consulting an eye specialist The following is an extract of Esther Gally letter, published in The Light and the Eyes Having used the Salia Grid almost for three years, I wish to bear testimony to the wonders of this extraordinary invention. From the age of 6, I had used glasses to compensate my myopia and astigmatism. I had to use thicker lenses every time I needed a new prescription. It was during my pregnancies that my sight deteriorated the most, and when I was expecting my fourth child,, Dr. Marguez, an eminent Spanish ophthalmologist, predicted that due to a progressive myopia, I would suffer a total loss. At that time, fortunately, I found Richard Bates’ book regarding visual reeducation. I visited this great doctor’s assistant, Josephine Guffanti, various times in New York City to receive more guidance as to the method, as well as evaluation of my progress. This encouraged me so much, that I published Spanish translations of two works by Margaret Corbett, a disciple of Bates and teacher of Aldous Hyxley, who, with her help, cured himself of corneal ulcers. It was my husband, who found an article in the newspaper regarding the Salia Grid. Without delay I obtained my ‘Bug-Eyes’. I have always had the tendency to be somewhat depressive by nature. But, now that I have emerged from the shadows, and now that my cloudy and distorted perceptions has become clear and true. I have noticed that even one’s character may improve. Being able to distinguish the forms that surround you and to appreciate nature’s colors makes you feel a greater joy of living; not to mention being able to distinguish familiar faces at greater and greater distances. I feel an immense gratitude to all those persons who have done research in the field of the mysteries of sight, and although we are still a long way from being able to prevent and cure all visual problems, I believe that Mr. Salia Munoz has taken a giant step in this direction. In truth, the field of medicine, by tradition and through necessity, has always been very conservative, and there is always a certain inertia that resists change. Imagine how the orthopedists must have been horrified when the nun Kenny started taking the braces off paralytic children in order to treat their contractures with exercise! There was reluctance to fully accept her rehabilitation therapy, and such seems to be the case if the Salia Optical Pyramid Grid in Mexico. However, its use has extended to almost the whole world, and of course, its best recommendation is the testimony of those people who, like myself, have had the gratifying experience of having progressed.
