The Ultimate Lemonade Cleanse:

The Ultimate Lemonade Cleanse is designed to increase detoxification in the body; which the body does naturally through its detoxification organs on a regular basis.  The detoxification organs include the skin, bowel, lungs, liver and kidneys.  The Ultimate Lemonade Cleanse removes toxins, allergens, fungus, free radicals, scar tissue and small pockets of infection/inflammation from the body. Individuals should detoxify when they feel “run down” fatigue, stress or, generally, unwell.

This program will help your body find its point of balance; called homeostasis; what the Chinese refer to as Chi Energy or the balance of Ying/Yang.  The Ultimate Lemonade Cleanse will also help the body become more alkaline; having a Ph greater than 6. Stress is one of the biggest producers of high acid levels in the body.  An alkaline state is where the body is healthiest and this helps to prevent the occurrence of diseases.  The problems with PH levels may not appear on a routine blood test and therefore symptoms should not be ignored.

For optimal results, vitalized or hexagonal water is recommended.  (BionTech - 200N, Water Vitalizer Plus)
Dosages:

Cleanse Instructions:
Cayenne Drink: To a 10 ounce glass of vitalized or hexagonal water, add 2 tablespoons of fresh (organic, if possible) lemon or lime juice, and 1/8th teaspoon of African Cayenne pepper*.  Mix thoroughly.  Note: Stevina® may be added to the drink to increase sweetness.

*It is very important to use as much African Cayenne as you body will tolerate. Start with 1/8 of a teaspoon per 10 oz glass and increase slowly.

Drink The Ultimate Lemonade Cleanse every 1 to 2 hours.  Do not eat other food.  Drink as much of the mixture as desired, (up to ten 10 oz glasses per day depending on your bodyweight), but make sure to drink no less than six -10 oz. glasses per day. Throughout the cleanse process, it is very important to drink a minimum of one quart of restructured, vitalized or hexagonal water daily along with the cleanse mixture.  Note:  Start with one 8 oz glasses a day and increase to 3 to 4 – 8 oz glasses per day. In addition, with the vitalized or hexagonal water you may go as high as ten - 10 oz. glasses of the cleanse mixture per day. 

For convenience, add 6 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice and ½ tsp of African cayenne pepper (more if possible) to one quart of vitalized water.  Mix thoroughly.  Drink this mixture throughout the day along with a minimum of one quart of restructured, vitalized water.

Based on your current weight, consume the following:

• If weight up to 150 lbs. drink 6-8 glasses per day.
• If weight is 150 lbs. or over drink 8-10 per day.

Royal Tea: The Ultimate Lemonade Cleanse does not have fiber.  Using Royal Tea is recommended to help to remove the waste which is being shed from the colon wall.  These wastes tend to accumulate in the body leading to tiredness and constipation which is a significant health problem.  Royal Tea is a natural, gentle bowel cleanser and body rejuvenator that will ensure proper bowel movements which are imperative to any type of cleansing.  Royal Tea is the finest intestinal and organ cleanser.

Start with a 4 oz glass of Royal Tea – 3 times a day during The Lemonade Cleanse. This will help with stomach and intestinal disorders such as constipation, diarrhea, indigestion, acid reflex, bloating, etc. Royal Tea helps to remove the hardened fecal waste from the intestinal wall. This product works on the whole body with amazing results.

Royal Defense – (Syclovir) – Start on fourth day of cleanse: Royal Defense is a systemic fungal yeast eliminator.  This is an excellent opportunity to cleanse fungus and Candida from the body. 

Mix 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon of Royal Defense - (Syclovir) in each 10 oz. glass of the cleanse mixture.  This dosage should be increased as symptoms subside, working up to two tablespoons per day for a period of 3 weeks or until symptoms are alleviated.  Decrease the dosage to one teaspoon per day for at least six weeks or more depending on the severity of the problem.

Salvestrol Pro Performance:  Take 3 capsules daily in the morning.

Marine Phytoplankton:  Marine Phytoplankton is considered to be one of the healthiest food supplements currently available because of its high concentration of high-energy super anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals and proteins in microscopic form.

Administer one-half of an eyedropper under the tongue.  Hold for 30 seconds and then swallow.  This dosage should be followed 3 to 6 times per day, depending on the support needed. 

MAP - Master Amino Acid Pattern: MAP is a unique amino acid profile that provides a 99% Net Nitrogen Utilization (NNU) for body protein synthesis (BPS).  MAP will help to keep up muscle strength. If an individual is underweight, or on a cleanse for an extended period of time, the MAP Formula is an excellent way of maintaining energy levels. 

Take 5 capsules three times a day.  The dosage can be increased to up to 6 capsules 5 times per day depending on the constitution of the individual.

L-Taurine:  Take 500 mg per day in the morning during The Cleanse to help maintain your energy levels.

Liv Formula:   Liv Formula tablets contain several nutrient and herbal ingredients shown to detox the liver, increase function and tissue regeneration in response to combating environmental toxins.

Take 1 tablet twice a day with meals.

L-Glutathione: Take 2 Capsules daily in the morning with a meal during The Cleanse.  L-Glutathione will support the Liv Formula.

Of Importance
Diabetics:  Blood sugar levels must be checked as medications must be maintained.  If you feel weak or have a sugar imbalance, drink more of the mixture.  In addition, take Marine Phytoplankton and MAP Master Amino Acid Pattern.

Rest Periods: During The Ultimate Lemonade Cleanse, take several 2 to 5 minute rest periods 3 to 4 times a day.  Lying or sitting down will help you through the program and calm your body.  If you feel weak or shaky, more rest is required and you may need to increase your dosages of MAP – Master Amino Acid Pattern formula and Marine Phytoplankton.  Do not increase the dosage of L-Taurine.

Citro-Mag – “Quick Start” Option: Citro-Mag is known as a “quick start” option for bowel preparation for The Cleanse. It is very important for the bowels/intestine to be clean and empty for The Cleanse.  Citro-Mag is a better bowel preparation than a high colonic.  Use Citro-Mag only if you have no history of bowel obstruction or surgery.      

Citro-Mag can be purchased at most pharmacies.

Citro-Mag Instructions: Perform these steps the evening before beginning The Ultimate Lemonade Cleanse

Take 8 oz of Citro-Mag.  Drink 6 to 8 large glasses of vitalized water or clear fluids over a 2 to 3 hour period.  Remain close to a bathroom.  You will have frequent “diarrhea type” bowel movements.  The effects of the product will be experienced within approximately four hours.

It is recommended that an individual should be on The Ultimate Lemonade Cleanse for a minimum of 5 to 10 days with the possibility of up to 20 days.  If, however, the duration is shortened, the program can be re-started when the individual is ready to try it again.  During the first 1 to 3 days, you may experience flu-like symptoms.  This is part of the healing process.  Days 4 to 5 should find you feeling better with increased energy.

Going Off of The Ultimate Lemonade Cleanse

First & Second Day:
Continue the cayenne drink if desired.  Start with a watermelon blended drink consisting of equal portions of vitalized or hexagonal water and watermelon.  You can drink as much of the watermelon mixture as desired throughout the day.  If preferred, try 4 oz. of freshly squeezed orange juice mixed with 4 oz. of vitalized or hexagonal water. If it goes well, drink several more 8 oz. glasses of unsweetened grapefruit juice during the day. Sip slowly. Dilute the juice with more water if required.

Third Day:
Add a new fruit to those from Day 1 and Day2. Option: Drink several 8 oz. glasses of unsweetened grapefruit juice during the day (with extra water if needed).  At this time start beginning to eat pieces of fruit with the juice.  Avoid melons such as cantaloupe and honeydew.

Fourth Day:
You can now start adding leafy green vegetables in addition to The Cleanse or fruit drinks and watermelon.  You can use lemon juice and olive oil as a salad dressing.

Fifth Day:
Add whole grains such as quinoa from a proper alkaline, food combining diet.  Do not eat any junk food, dairy, tea, coffee, heavy animal proteins, white flour or white rice. If you experience distress or gas, go back to the diet of fruit for a few days, and drink more Royal Tea until your system is ready for food.  

Sixth Day: 
Introduce more whole grains to your diet. In addition, try small amounts of protein, deep sea fish or organic chicken.  Do not combine protein with the whole grains.  Protein can be eaten with vegetables, but whole grains interfere with proper protein digestion.  Eat your food slowly and chew it well; this will aid digestion.

NOTE: It is important to sustain a proper alkaline enhancing diet, with the intake of plenty of vitalized or hexagonal water between meals but not with the meal.  Proper elimination occurring from the bowels is also critical to maintain a healthy and disease free body. For vital health, Royal Tea should become part of your daily lifestyle.
