Detox Recipes
This is a recipe for a light detox prior to cleansing with the Para Program, Kidney Cleanse etc., used to assist the bowels and liver.
- 300 ml. Grapefruit and lemon juices. Dilute with 200 ml. water.
- Grate 2 cloves garlic and gingerroot. Squeeze into juice.
- Mix 2 tbs. extra virgin olive oil with juice in blender. Drink.
- Drink 2 cups of Asparagus tea or any of the following: dandelion, fennel, fenugreek, peppermint, chickweed, nettle, or parsley.
Continue for at least a week.
Drink this mixture first thing in the morning within a time-span of one hour.
